- ₹999 one-time setup cost (non-refundable)
- 50% profit sharing

₹10,000 (Minimum and Maximum)
📈 Expected Returns
- Indicative potential earning: ₹1,000 – ₹2,000 per month
- Returns depend on market conditions and are not guaranteed
📊 Risk Structure
- Maximum expected drawdown: 20%
- 80% risk responsibility is handled by DeltaAlgo strategy logic
- Risk responsibility is applied until profits match the invested capital
If your invested capital is ₹10,000 and profit reaches ₹5,000, DeltaAlgo continues applying risk controls for the remaining ₹5,000 until breakeven is achieved.

DeltaAlgo is a software-based trade execution service. We are not an investment advisor, portfolio manager, or broker, and we do not provide financial advice.
2. Market Risk Disclaimer
Trading in crypto and derivatives involves significant market risk. Losses may occur due to volatility, slippage, exchange issues, or unforeseen market movements. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
3. No Guaranteed Returns
Any ROI or profit figures shown are indicative only. There is no assurance of fixed or guaranteed returns.
4. Risk Responsibility Clarification
The stated "risk responsibility" refers to strategy-based risk controls and adjustments only. It does not mean cash compensation, loss reimbursement, or capital guarantee under any circumstance.
5. Profit Sharing Terms
- Profit sharing is calculated monthly
- Only on net realized profits
- In loss months, no profit share is payable
- Settlement must be completed within the defined monthly settlement period
6. Fees
- ₹999 setup fee is non-refundable
- Profit sharing is payable only after profits are realized
7. User Responsibilities
- Maintain minimum required capital
- Do not manually interfere with running trades
- Ensure stable internet and API access
- Do not share exchange credentials or API keys
- Manual intervention or misuse may void risk controls.
8. Suspension or Termination
DeltaAlgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if:
- Terms are violated
- Manual trade interference occurs
- API access is revoked
- System misuse or abuse is detected
9. Limitation of Liability
DeltaAlgo shall not be liable for losses arising from:
- Exchange downtime
- API failures
- Internet or device issues
- Regulatory or policy changes
- Force majeure events
10. Regulatory & Tax Responsibility
Crypto regulations are evolving. Users are solely responsible for:
- Legal compliance
- Tax reporting and obligations
11. Communication
Only official app notifications and registered WhatsApp communications are considered valid. Screenshots, videos, or examples are for illustration purposes only.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction.
